KZN Water Polo Selections 2017

Congratulations to the five boys who were selected for KZN Water Polo across the age groups and the two boys selected as non-travelling reserves.

The teams will be playing in the SA School Water polo tournament in Port Elizabeth from 08-12 December.

U19B – Nic Baines and Taine Buys
U16 non travelling reserves – Oliver Kenny and Josh Muller
U15 – Tyson Andrews and Wesley Marshall
U14 – Luke Ambler-Smith

Above: Tyson Andrews has been selected for the SA U16 Water Polo team that will tour to New Zealand for the 15th Pan Pacific Youth Water Polo Festival from 07 to 17 July. He also represents the KZN U18 Currie Cup team.

National honours for U16 water polo players 2018

Congratulations to Tyson Andrews and Wesley Marshall on their SA selections.  Tyson has been selected for the SA U16 water polo team that will be touring to New Zealand. He also played in the starting team for the KZN U18 Currie Cup team.

Wesley Marshall has been selected as the non-travelling reserve for the SA U16 Squad. Wesley recently took part in a tournament where he played against the SAU17 team and an international fixture against Zimbabwe U18.

Julian Lewis (Kearsney Class of 2013) has been selected as the goal keeper for the SA Men’s’ Water Polo Team for the 16th FINA World Championships to be held in Kazan, Russia from 23 July – 8 August 2015.
