• The USA-KCOB ambition to raise
US$600,000 towards Centenary Bursaries
will hopefully prove a massive inspiration
(and challenge) to other branches.
• The amazing energy coming from year
groups attending reunions and starting
Class Funds. At the 2015AGM I presented
the KCOB President’s Award to the Class
of 1974 for starting a Class Fund and
raising almost double the amount they
wanted to raise in their first year. Now
the Class of 2015 has impressed - we
share more about these young men in
this edition.
• Old Boys who return to the Hill to inspire
current students: From Jono Pons who
graces our cover, to others we feature in
this edition, and those who inspire a love
of knowledge, adventure and care for the
planet and humanity.
• Lastly my thanks to Kearsney’s Headmaster
and his staff. The positive relationship
and the incredible successes achieved all
make it exceptionally easy to remain truly
proud Old Boys.
