Transport costs are charged in arrears at the end of each month, regardless of frequency of use. Please note, stops are only made at locations indicated below. There are no return trips on Saturdays.

We have initiated a Monday morning bus service from Hilton and Pietermaritzburg for returning boarders (not the first day of a new term).
The bus picks up passengers at the following points and times:
Anew Hotel Hilton (1 Hilton Avenue, Hilton) at 05:50
Engen Hayfields Service Station (101 New England Road, Pietermaritzburg) at 06:15
Arrival at Kearsney – 07:00
These times will be adjusted should experience suggest it is necessary.

From May 2024, the Ed-admin Multi-portal app replaced the Edana app and the web-based parent portal. Via this password-protected app parents may gain access to details regarding their son/s and view account and contact details. Please update your contact details if applicable.
The Parents’ Society promotes the welfare of the College by fostering a partnership between the College and the school community. Various events are organised throughout the year to promote networking and strong relationships between parents and the College.
